Managed IT plans start at $350 per month on an annual agreement, or $400 per month month-to-month. Online backup of your server to Canadian data centres is a separate service. One-time projects are quoted in writing after a free assessment.
No. You can choose month-to-month with 30 days’ notice, or an annual agreement at a lower monthly rate. You can also hire us for a single project such as a server upgrade, office move or Microsoft 365 migration.
Yes. We support businesses remotely and on-site across Edmonton and nearby communities including St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain and Leduc.
We provide 24/7 monitoring of firewall and endpoint security alerts. Support hours and response times are set out in writing in your service agreement.
