Are these tools really free?
Yes. There’s no sign-up and no limit. They’re free because they help people, and some of them come back to us when they want help fixing what a tool found.
Do you store what I enter?
Most tools run entirely in your browser, so nothing reaches our servers. The email checker asks Cloudflare’s public DNS for your domain’s records, and the password checker sends only the first 5 characters of a scrambled fingerprint to Have I Been Pwned.
